Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, support messages and account details. Where you connect a third-party platform, we may receive authorised account identifiers, profile information, access tokens, selected content metadata and permissions needed to provide the requested feature.

How we use information

Information is used to provide and secure services, respond to enquiries, maintain authorised integrations, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Platform integrations

Access to TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube or other platform data occurs only after the user authorises the relevant permissions. We use that data only to provide the requested functionality. We do not ask for or store a user’s platform password. Users remain in control of actions performed on their behalf.

Where YouTube API Services are used, use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Users may revoke Google access through their Google account security settings.

Legal basis

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations or steps requested before entering a contract.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by trusted hosting, email, security, analytics and platform API providers where necessary. Data is not shared for unrelated advertising purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal requirements, dispute resolution and security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
